I was able to put a face with the name. I appreciated not being referred to as a number, which was how I was always identified at other large corporate insurance companies. Brian offered knowledgeable tips due to years of being in the business. I look forward to continuing my business for auto and I am currently looking at other products they offer such as life insurance.

Elissa Foote I would not recommend Llamas to anyone looking for quality customer service during the insurance sign-up process. Hugo was extremely rude, condescending, and showed an extreme lack of professionalism. Im not sure if it was because I am a woman or if he was having a bad day, but lve never felt such disrespect from an insurance representative. I called many places searching for quotes and not one came near the terrible experience I had with Hugo. Needless to say I went with another company that did not try to rush me off the phone and listened to my needs. Dont waste your time - there are plenty of other options in the East Bay!
