Our homeowner carrier that we have had a policy with since 1994 is cancelling our coverage here in California and we needed help quickly. Addie is a true professional with a heart of gold. She explained all the nuances of each coverage, giving us the pros and cons of said policies, did not try to upsell us on coverages we would not need and patiently took the time to answer all our million and one questions. We cannot recommend her and her agency more.
