2 /5 Marie Takeoka: 2nd Edit: I initially gave 5 stars, but not only has Nancy not called me back, but I have yet to receive my new insurance information for my new vehicle I told her about on the phone a few weeks ago. I had even emailed the info and she said, no we only take calls now, so Im glad I called but its a shame Jim Wall merged, just not the same anymore. I miss Kelly and Tone!! Great employees and very helpful!!....at least they called back! AND I received my info within a week!!
Ive been going to Jim Wall for YEARS!! They recently merged with Woodcreek and a few others and so far Ive been getting really great service. Im so used to working with the other staff, but Nancy was really great and helpful.
