I had major difficulties with my agents office and Luis was willing to lend a helping hand to get things taken care of. Rebecca and Joanna were also so kind and helpful through this process. They showed excellent customer service, they were empathetic to the situation and gave me a lot of good advice. This year I had my first claim relating to the roof on my house. She was there to help me navigate what to do next.
