In response, I suggested that if our phone calls were difficult, we could resort to email as an alternative way of communication.
I emphasized the importance of avoiding unnecessary back-and-forth exchanges of screenshots, which only to waste time.
I offered a constructive suggestion for Helen to be more professionalism in her approach.
However, she was very mad and responded with anger, sending emails stating
that the she was not interested in providing insurance services to me .
It was only because I suggested she to be more professional.
I found her behavior to be concerning and reminiscent of an individual who has lost control.
