5 /5 MK: This morning I was at AAA at opening and was asked to sit in a specific section for my type of AAA help. I saw Sherri B. at a desk a distance away and a piece of paper flew off her desk. I retrieve it for her and she thanked me. I went back to my seat and waited. Since I was the only customer waiting and staff were busy talking, Sherri decided to help me. At her desk farther away, she handled my request to change my name to the primary on our membership and delete my wifes name from our RV insurance. My wife passed last month. Her compassion, sympathy and care to listened to my situation made me feel better. Sherri epitomizes quality, efficiency and picking up the ball when others should. Thank you Sherri for listening.
