1 /5 Meta Self: These con artists practice Deny, Delay, Defend. After being a 14-year member and paying my auto insurance every month (plus annual 200 mile roadside service), they deliberately and methodically buried my claim with burecratic red tape and "mistakes," repeatedly transferred me to different departments with delayed call backs over a period of several months, until they succeed in making me so frustrated I gave up. Their mishandling of my claim was in violation of their contract with me and their legal obligations to the State of California. I considered contacting the California State Department of Insurance to lodge a formal complaint, but was too worn down by that point to do so. That is the point of all insurance companies Deny, Delay, Defend, strategy and tactics, isnt it?
