He got the DUI reduced to Reckless Driving, and I was able to keep my job as a result. Jason Newcombe proved that he is one of the BEST DUI attorneys around. When I first contacted his offices I was fit to be tied and didnt know where to turn. I had been falsely accused of violating a protection order that was put in place in my divorce proceedings. The charges were outrageous and totally false. I knew that Mr. Newcombe believed me and knew that I was innocent. And, he tirelessly fought to get my charges dismissed. I cannot thank him enough! I would absolutely recommend him and his law firm without hesitation.

1 /5 Simon: I hired Jason in 2002 for a divorce I was going through, and as I was about to leave the office his then partner whispered in my ear, warning me that Jason would me over. Well guess what he did. He missed the divorce all-together allowing my ex to get a default divorce and take EVERYTHING, then a month later filed a Notice of appearance after the case was all over. So thanks to Jasons incompetence, I lost my house and everything I owned. Then after that, she got more hearings to take more stuff from me like my IRS refund, and he failed to turn up for some of those hearings and was late to others. I really wished I listened to his business partner before they split ways. The really scary part is he is now doing criminal stuff, and one can only think of the issues of him representing someone for that. I cannot say loudly enough that I do not recommend this lawyer at all.
