Ruslan M Alex was the man. I had a do-not compete in my contract that we figured out a way around. He is a straightforward guy. He knows his stuff. He gave me a kick in the butt before I got a raise that would compromise my ability to open a competing business. I just wish I could continue using his services as a business owner somehow. Highly recommend him. Best money I have ever spent.

Tammy Messner Thankfully, I was directed to Jacob’s & Jacob’s after my first injury/car accident. With their help, I was able to concentrate on my physical recovery while J&J dealt with the car insurance companies on my behalf. I had a whole team standing (and working) behind me making sure my “minor” injury claim was taken seriously after being injured by someone in a stolen vehicle. This is happening more often and there seems to be many loopholes in WA insurance laws making it difficult to get a fair settlement…unless you are represented by tenacious (and caring) staff like everyone at Jacob’s & Jacob’s. My settlement was enough to cover my Medical bill, my time & travel to those appointments and still had a little bit left over. A Richardson Jason is by far the best attorney for your bankruptcy journey. I searched for over a month to find one that would be able to take my case. I needed an attorney that would let me know what the process looked like, gave me a guide for what to expect, what he needed from me, and spoke to me like a human versus a check. Jason provided all of that. He was genuine, thoughtful, and supportive. During the consultation I was able to get my questions answers, my nerves calmed, and a plan for what to do. There was no pushing me to do anything, Jason provided options and gave feedback based on my circumstances. What could have been a nervous distressing experience was ironically smooth and stress free.
