5 /5 Sarah Giddings: Absolutely amazing! Greg helped me for 2 years going through probate and battling my sister in court over executorship and what everyone got etc. since my father passed unexpectedly and without a will. My sister had stolen from my fathers place the day we found out he had passed and tried to take over and leave me with nothing. Greg was incredibly vigilant and compliant with every need I had, got all of the stolen items back, and made darn sure that I was not taken advantage of! Im only 26 and my sister is way older than me, so I was very worried about the outcome of the matter. I hired them on a Sunday, got appointed executor the next day on Monday, and since that Sunday they worked tirelessly to make sure everything was fair just like I (and my father) wanted! Definitely worth every penny I paid them! I have endless good things to say, they made such a hard and mentally taxing situation such a breeze. I mean this whole heartedly when I say, I COULD NOT HAVE DONE IT WITHOUT THEM! The most perfect blend of professional and friendly/caring/understanding. If I EVER have any legal problems, they will forever be the only people I call! THANK YOU WHIPPLE LAW!!!!!!!

What I liked from the very beginning was that both of them put us at ease right away with their friendliness and their humor. They talked about wanting to teach us about estate planning but assured us that it wouldn’t get so complicated that we didn’t understand. They were very honest and to the point and covered some difficult situations that come up in estate planning and handled it with care and dignity. In the end my wife and I were very pleased with the service that we received and they will be our lawyers for life.

1 /5 White Rabbit: After both of my parents passed away within a year w/ no will. We hired Whipple Law Group to file probate and administrator the state. After years of working with another attorney to devalue my inherent shares the an estate valued over $500,000. after debts were to be paid. They falsely told me the majority of their fees would be paid by the estate. They refused to summit documentation to support my claim they billed me for all of there services even the ones against my will. They refused me my file at the end of their services causing me more loss to my share and allowed my sisters to take possession of the entire estate and completely diminish it. When all was said and done my dads car was charged against my share for way above its value with new damages exceeding $30,000. And beyond that I recieved nothing that belonged to my parents and a overall debt I cant afford to pay. I was very clear I couldnt afford their services and assured if I just made min payments "to keep the lights on." Greg Hills exact words. That in the end Id get a check back from their office at the close of the estate. This was all a bait and switch lie. To further the unethical behavior they are still refusing to give me their malpractice insurance information so I can file a claim. I believe these actions to be intentional. However if not. They are certainly incompetent of an attorney specializing in this field of work. Do not hire this law firm. File outside of Spokane.
