5 /5 Ginger Bernethy: We received help from Scott Blinks. We have never been in this position to need assistance with elderly law but I am glad we were referred to him! He took care of all the paperwork, was caring and shot us straight which was refreshing. If there was any draw back it would be how busy they are but I would have been more concerned if they werent! I hope we never have the need for this type of help again but if we do, Scott Blinks has made this our firm of choice.

5 /5 Lori Elliot: We hired Mr Blinks after realizing our Dads Dementia was allowing too much trust in our brother who was robbing our father of all his savings, retirement fund and he had even secured a reverse mortgage on his home. Scott was able to get us Conservatorship over our Fathers assets before our brother had wiped him out! Hes well educated in his field and does not like to lose which benefitted us in keeping our father in his home like he always wanted.

1 /5 Caroline Austin: 3 years after my father in law passed, his estate is held in escrow by this firm. Mr. Blinks has never provided the monthly statement from the bank or monthly invoices that were part of the contract to our uncle that is executor of the estate. In the contract we agreed to $300.00 per hour for work on the estate. The only billable time in the past 3 years are the phone calls my husband makes to see "where things are". Blinks readily admits to his own laziness in getting things finalized. My husband and his uncle are continuously being put off by Mr. BLINKS. We have been told on numerous occasions that this is a simple procedure, yet there is no closure. We are consulting with another attorney in hopes of getting things resolved. Not sure if this is being dragged out for financial gain. I will cross that bridge when it is timeabout college expenses.This estate is my childrens education fund.With a daughter graduating next month, I

1 /5 Josh: EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF (the person answering the phone) I was HUNG UP ON 3 times for seeking help with a CIVIL RIGHTS matter. The lady that answered said "WE WONT GO AGAINST POLICE TO HONOR YOUR CIVIAL RIGHTS EVEN THOUGH THEY VIOLATED THEM"
