R Morgan Bad experience at another bank today highlighted the good service I received from Wells Fargo in Anacortes. Excellent customer service especially considering we were helped by an employee who was not accustomed to this branch and had to find her way around to get the correct forms, etc. Its all about how you treat people.

Jose Almeida Ive had Wells Fargo for as long as I can remember and never had a problem but Port Townsend branch is beyond frustrating. This new crew has no good customer service and always seem bothered and last two times Ive gone in they just waste my time and are of no help. Will be driving out of town this branch is no good

John Clark I have had a pretty good experience with this agency. Have had so much stuff coming at me, it has been difficult to keep my obligations on time. But they have been nice and have tried to work with me. Don’t have much left to pay.

They regularly go out of their way to wish me a happy birthday or check on me and help me set financial goals. I cannot recommend working w them enough. They are amazing and very friendly/professional!
