In the banking business I deal with ,I would be more upset if employees were yelling my information across the room to each other no matter what it concerned, that would be the kind of bank I would not do business with. I am not sure how much banking business you do ordinarily but sounds like you might owe employees an apology for looking out for your best interest. Cudos to the employees that had to deal with this matter. I enjoy coming into this bank occasionally with a family member and we have discussed the staff and how much he loves dealing with anyone of them.
