5 /5 Mike M: Im somewhat new to WaFed. I have a couple of accounts but had some questions about my Money Market and CDs. I stopped by the Kent branch and spoke with Janeen. She was very friendly and super helpful. She was able to answer all my questions and made it easy to understand. I usually dont write reviews but service like this is a rarity these days. Janeen is a tremendous asset to WaFed. Theyre lucky to have a manager like her.

And I personally am so grateful that Jeannine ( possibly misspelled), is at Kent. I know her from Bellevue. And she is so intentional with her work. Thank you WaFd for always having my back through the many mini changes over the past few years of back to back deaths. Moving here moving there and moving back.
