Dana Pereau My kids couldnt believe it when a Washington new car dealer sued them, claiming they owed the dealer extra money on a lease- hard to believe but true. We contacted Joshua and he was reasonably priced, even giving them a discount based on income. He was thorough, properly aggressive, and within days turned the tables on the dealer and their attorney. He minimized his use of the retainer, even refunding a large portion of it once the matter was resolved- to our great satisfaction and relief. I recommend him wholeheartedly. Attorneys are often the brunt of creepy jokes, but Joshua is one who doesnt fit the stereotype. He is exceptional at his trade, and best of all, if he doesnt know the answer to a given question, he doesnt pretend- he simply says he doesnt know, but will find out from another attorney who has more expertise on that topic. That is the mark of a fine attorney. Search no further.
