Jenice Crews Michael Stewart is hands down the most amazing attorney I have ever worked with. I work in advocacy and spend a lot of time around the court house. He carries himself in a way that is respected by all and people in court rooms stop what theyre doing to hear what he has to say. Hes fabulous! Richard Mooney In 2020. at the age of 68, I was fired by an abusive employer the day I returned from an FMLA leave for severe depression brought about by stress in the workplace. I contacted Premier Law Group and Attorney Patrick Kang agreed to take my case. I had no prior experience with litigation, but based on Patricks empathy, confidence, and his demonstrated knowledge of employment law, I proceeded to file suit against a large corporation. It took 2 years before my case went to trial at the US District Court in Seattle. During that time I worked extensively with Patrick in person and via email and phone to build our case. After a 5 day jury trial, the jury recognized the unlawful behavior of the defendant and awarded me monetary damages for my loss of income. In true form, the defendant challenged the jurys verdict. Still true to form, the defendant filed an appeal with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. And again, true to his form, Patrick stayed with me for another year and a half to take my case to the higher court on Valentines Day 2025. 4 months later, the panel from the Ninth Circuit affirmed the lower courts findings and upheld my award and motion for attorneys fees. Litigation is a daunting process for a plaintiff and I do not wish it on anyone. However, if faced with the circumstance, you can feel confident to rely on Patrick Kang and the folks at Premier Law Group.
