She answered my email the very same day and talked to me by phone the next day. She communicated regularly and promptly, listened to me, answered my questions, making sure I understood. She took her time answering all the questions from my entire family from the first meeting. We went to her because we thought there could be potential family dispute, luckily that didn’t happen but she calmly explained to us how that would work if it went down that route.
