5 /5 Chuck Marsalisi: My Allstate agent closed her office and essentially disappeared. I stopped by this office to handle making policy changes. Mike was friendly and professional. He took care of my immediate issues and helped me with advice on upcoming changes. Super friendly, but I was disappointed that even though he did all the work for me, my policy could not be transferred to this office. So, he did all the work for me, without getting anything out of it... and encouraged me to come back with future changes. What incredible service!

Im really skeptical about insurance and its highly stressful for me. As long as I have Patrick and your office shows me the same care and help, Ill totally recommend. 2 /5 Jenna Labourr: They wrote 2 incorrect policies for our rental house. Huge headache. Gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the lady I talked to most recently was finally honest with me that they can’t write policies for rental homes owned by LLCs. Would not recommend.

5 /5 ANA MORGAN: My family has been with Allstate for well over 25 years. I’ve never had any issues with my insurance company. If there ever was a time where I had questions or concerns. All I needed to do was call my agent/Tom Bennett’s office and the staff are always very friendly and professional. If they were unable to answer my questions/concerns right away. They always call me within a couple hours with an answer/resolution. Ive hear horror stories from friends when dealing with their insurance companies. I feel lucky to know that my family is in good hands with Allstate.

4 /5 doreen morris: I have no problem with my service.. except that I don’t have much interaction with it. I’ve been wondering if I I could qualify for a lower monthly payment. I signed up and been paying automatically for over a year. Luckily I haven’t needed to file a claim. But should I call to see if anything has changed?
