Now I have to drive to your office, probably pay for parking, and take time out of my busy day. I may need to rethink who I use to insure my car and home.

5 /5 Emma Puryear: I really appreciate the agency’s level of customer service! I’ve been on my own policy (was previously on parents’ Allstate plan) for about 2.5 years now. I remember in 2019 coming into the office just to chat with an advisor (I believe it was Guy) about starting my own plan, because I was 22 and didn’t know much about auto insurance at all. That day, we painstakingly went through every part of coverage and what I should prioritize. I felt so much better after leaving than I did walking in! Later, Denslow was also so helpful and attentive in guiding me through the insurance process for the accident I had in 2020. On the day of the accident, it was a huge comfort that Carolyn helped me find auto shops nearby, and followed up until everything was squared away. Although I do pay quite a bit of money (I’m 25 but with recent accident etc) I do feel very secure in my choice because I know my coverage is good and I’ll be safe in the case of an accident. I also bundled with renters insurance, and Brian helped make that process extremely easy as well. Thanks everyone!

3 /5 Ice Qu: Love love love pretty much every employee in this agency. They have a great assortment of insurance products to purchase. Lots of choices for coverage and price points. Whats less good is attention to detail. I suspect they are all overworked and hence rushed, which is bad and good. Whenever they breathe and focus, they are the best agents you could ask for. I just wish it could be a more consistently excellent experience.
