1 /5 Sno Catter: I am a small business owner of 17 years, I decided to move business and personal accounts to STCU after I was assured they could offer me the same business needs as my old bank that closed our local branch. First off they refused to give my 17 Year old business with perfect credit a line of credit to replace the one we had, the mobile app is terrible and constantly errors out when trying to mobile deposit from multiple different phones and carriers, They refused to raise the daily limit on the business debit card because apparently no business ever spends more than 3k per day, It has been a terrible experience since day one and has made running my business next to impossible. I am closing all my accounts and going back to my old bank. Thank you STCU for showing me how great I had it where I was.
