We have both personal and business coverage through his agency and being a small business ourselves we really appreciate him taking the time and educate us on certain things. Just like everyone else we have dealt with other Insurance Agencies but I can honestly say we have never received such personalized attention, we recommend him very highly and have! Eugene Courson Ive used State Farm for almost 10 years here and the ladies in the office are always more than willing to help, they were the cheapest option back when I started but still gave great service to me and for me I like having someone I can go talk to face to face not some disembodied voice on a phone trying to just sell you something, these people live here and have to face you in public and that means they care about their neighbors and community and dont just try to upsell you on things you dont need, even if you find it somewhere else cheaper this is the better option.

I called this office out of last desperation and got through to a person who helped me find the right way to contact claims. I didn’t catch their name but they acted in kindness and generosity even though I am sure I sounded a wreck on the phone. They could have just hung up but didn’t. For that I am grateful.
