This month I got an unexpected high bill after adding a new vehicle and a new driver to our policy. I immediately called for clarification and Elizabeth listened to my questions, clarified my needs and was able to not only correct my bill with the appropriate coverages, bring it down several hundred dollars, but also retro’d the numbers to give me a credit for the next month. This team is always prompt, considerate and helpful and I’m always appreciative of their service.

I called the office literally 24 hours after switching to ask some complicated questions about a claim…and Scott not only called me exactly when promised, but he took the time to explain every step, and even researched some additional info I needed and called me with the details right away. They seem to actually care about helping. This office this the BEST and they’ve got my business for life!

I even saved over a $100 with more and better coverage then my previous Insurance company. I would recommend State Farm Insurance to my closest friends and family. Thanks State farm
