Over a number of years, she has consistently guided my financial decisions in a professional and friendly manner. Professionally, she is bright and clear in her explanations of my options. Lauren Purvis The student advisors and other staff are super helpful when things get complicated. I was having a problem with MyCAA website being down, and the staff helped me getting everything I needed prepped and ready to go for when it came back up to create my voucher and pay my tuition. If one of them isnt sure they dont just tell you "I dont know" they try and find someone who would know which is something I love. They dont just leave you lost and confused. Erin was my student advisor who helped build my plan and everything and I loved her shes super sweet and fun!

Christopher Saenz Have been going here for years, when Ive pawned things in the past they were very friendly and I usually got more for my items then other pawn shops in the area. I bought a decent little Crate guitar amp there the other day and got a good deal on the amp and a guitar cord together.

Barbara Codjoe I first met Shipley as he was going door to door in our neighborhood. I admired his determination and grit. He was also very personable and easy to talk to. I gave him a chance about 3 or 4 months later. Id never worked with an advisor before. He made the process so easy and spoke so I could understand it all. And then we met his branch administrator, Mark. These two are a GREAT team. Shipleys energy is only matched by Mark. They make you feel like you matter and truly want to get to know you. We moved halfway across the country and I will not change my advisors. We still work with them living two time zones away. I would recommend to any one of them. Not only are they great people, they have truly helped to secure my financial future.

Jen B This place has helped me for years! Such a blessing to have an organization that helps families in need. My experiences have been nothing but exceptional. Their office may be hard to find due to no signage outside. The receptionist lady was very polite like always. The gals that work there are very sweet. I have to give a shout to Kim. I have always had her do my appointment. She is super fast and very efficient with what she is able to do. I am so glad to know there are services out here when you need them.
