I walked in without an appointment, and these folks bent over backwards to accommodate me the same day as quickly as possible. It is my pleasure to boldly claim that they are loads better than Jackson Hewitt. Youre going to pay about 15-20% more for Block Advisors, and youre going to be really happy about it because itll be worth every dime on your return after theyve gone well out of their way to find you every last dime the IRS owes you (*if* the IRS owes you). They even took the filing costs out of the refund for me since my budget was tight. It comes with an additional minor fee, but again, its worth it. The whole office seems to be filled with kind, gentle, sweet people, and next year, instead of being apprehensive about filing, Im eagerly strolling right down to their office instead with confidence.

Matthew Allen Bryan Colman has been my finacial advisor with First Command for the past 9 years, and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service I’ve received from him throughout all these years. I trust no one more when it comes to sound finacial advice than that of Bryan’s. The peace of mind I get knowing he wants to set me up for success is worth its weight in gold. Whenever I have a question regarding money, expenses, budgeting, etc, I know I can reach out to him for assistance. In the early years when working with him, he was one of the voice of guidance that helped level the bubble with my budget. This helped me realized how wasteful I’ve been with spending money. Adam Lang Kevin and his team saved our family $6,000 this year in health insurance premiums. Besides the premium savings, the policy they found has no deductible (only copays). James Tolson My partner does her banking here. Not a lot of staff here, at this location. But they make up for it with friendliness. The inside of the bank is pretty sterile but its a bank, so do not expect too much for ambience. We have been here when it has been extremely busy, so I would definitely stay away from here from 4:00 to 5:30 pm. I hope this helps you out.
