Jonica Chalcraft Foster Financial Services Inc is wonderful! I worked for the Federal Government for over 40 years. The planning for retirement just kind of snuck up on me. His initiative, expertise and attention to detail made the process of opening new retirement accounts, transferring money from another credit union, and moving it into CDs, extremely easy. He also ensured the initial savings accounts were closed once the money was moved so no monthly fees were incurred. Christina K This bank is absolutely amazing and has always accommodated whenever possible. I have not been disappointed at all. I have my auto loan through them, which the process entirely was a breeze from beginning to end. The staff at this location are so friendly, they are just the sweetest ladies! I feel like I am truly cared about when I go in, not like they are obligated to ask me how my day is. This location (Marysville Washington) is one that you do not have to have military i.d to get onto the base, to go to the bank. You do however, have to have it to shop at the thrift shop on base, the co-op stores or gas station. But you do not need your military i.d to get on base unless they have a threat, are doing a security check for some reason or something like that.. but I have only had that happen a couple times in the 10 years I have been banking with them. I highly recommend Navy Federal Credit Union for all of your banking needs! They are incredible in every single way!
