Mrk Snchz Communication is excellent. We used another firm & really didnt know why they did & didnt do certain things. Not the case here. We knew exactly why we couldnt use money put into a certain investment as a write-off. While that really stinks, at least we understood why. More importantly, he explained what we needed to do with it for next years taxes to get the biggest return. And he was less expensive than the firm we used the year prior

April I absolutely adore this bank! They really are the world greatest bank. They have helped me so much with my small business. They have great policies. Compared to other banks, that have so many regulations and policies that make banking almost impossible. Umpqua has a great staff, I have really loved the atmosphere that they give off In both locations CP and Walla Walla. I really do miss them being open on Saturdays that was a real convenience for me, but none the less the staff has always been able to help me. At both locations I am able to do my banking "quick and easy" and always Im greeted with a friendly face. Any one looking for "painless banking" would appreciate and love this bank.
