TAYLOR ROICE Heres to the US Bank branch in CWU, and a huge thank-you to the US Bank associate named Lem. I experienced an online payment accounting error where I provided my checking account information but was charged from savings. No CWU employee in Student Accounts nor Cashiering could explain it nor hold themselves accountable, but Lem at this US branch went the extra mile and investigated the issue then resolved it. Glad to have a competent and attentive team up here in Ellensburg :D

Elektra Candy (Candy Crush) As an update to my earlier review, I was contacted immediately after the review below and allowed access to my safe deposit box the next day so I appreciate the prompt response. __________________________________________ I ABSOLUTELY NEED to gain access to my safe deposit box and its VERY TIME SENSITIVE!! I walked down there (30 minute walk) to discover they are closed?!!! So I call and am given an email address via the message on the number. Ive emailed it 3 times in the past week with ZERO RESPONSE!!! YOU HAVE MY SAFE BOX!! You cant just steal peoples belongings!!!

Bruce Huntoon Very poor. I provided requested paperwork in a timely manner. Months went by with little or no action on their part. I had a small claims court judgment in my favor. Evergreen claimed that they made several calls to the defendant but provided no documentation. Evergreen claimed they spoke with a person at Red Robin, the defendants place of employment, and was told the defendant no longer worked there. Evergreen would not provide that managers name. The following week, I met with a manager who confirmed the defendant was still employed. I informed Evergreen of this and provided the managers name. A week later, I lunched at the Red Robin and noticed the defendant working. I informed Evergreen. I hoped that the promised garnishment process would begin. Instead, later that same day, I was contacted by the owner of Evergreen who informed me that Evergreen would be returning all of the paperwork that I had provided to them and would be withdrawing from the case. Very unprofessional. Very disappointing. A waste of time. I did everything Evergreen requested and did not deserve them to waste my time and bail out on me.
