1 /5 Edward Butler: I “DO NOT” recommend Pacific Grace Tax and Accounting, the customer service there is subpar at best. There are better accounting offices here locally that will go above and beyond to assist your needs and dont charge you $45 dollars just to make a copy of your past tax returns. NW Bookkeeping Services LLC was amazing to deal with and Dale Offret CPA out of Coupeville very customer service based in anything you need and they don’t charge you for copies if you need them. If you are looking for a great Tax accounting service stay away from Pacific Grace!

5 /5 Douglas Dunn: We became clients of Ronnie and Pacific Grace several years ago when our tax status became more complicated than we felt comfortable handling with TurboTax. The previous year we had used H&R Block, but they made a fairly large mistake that cost us quite a bit of money. Ronnie and his staff have given us exemplary service ever since. They are by far the most knowledgeable and professional staff that we have ever dealt with. They are always polite and since first coming to them, I have come to consider them friends. It is a shame to see the poor reviews here, because everyone that I know that has had dealings with Pacific Grace have had nothing but positive things to say about them. Ronnie and his staff are also very active in the community. At almost every local event/festival/charity fundraiser, you will find that Pacific Grace has donated both time and money. For the reasons listed above, and for several others, my wife and I will continue to use Pacific Grace for all of our tax and financial planning.
