Shes both pragmatic and optimistic, she didnt pull punches or make lofty promises, instead she did everything in her power to get us qualified for the loan we needed to get a home that is everything we could have asked for. Kim was incredibly informative and helped us with the tools we needed, she went way above and beyond what I ever thought a Loan Originator would do. She was always available for questions and new situations that came up, she truly took care of us. Im both impressed and oh so grateful by and for everything. a I love coming to this branch I always have such a good experience with one of the tellers. Her name is hard to pronounce but shes young and has dark hair. I was with columbia bank and with the merge nothing has changed, everything is still the same and the all the staff is very friendly
