1 /5 Tred Smith: Upon my arrival at this location, I was greeted by a woman with long black hair, but her demeanor was not amicable. She was not only rude, but she also made it appear as though she was asking customers for assistance, rather than being courteous. I would advocate for management, but not at this stores level, as I suspect that the supervisor is complicit in this fraudulent enterprise.

5 /5 grif5332: I wasnt certain. Had a huge repair bill for an issue a used car dealer decided not to deal with (but...after a possible lawsuit have now resolved). OneMain was the only place that helped. The people I chatted via phone to in the Couve office were nice and understanding. Worked quickly (which was important as I had a car to pick up and didnt have funds). Overall, I had a great experience. I will absolutely look to them if I need $$% help next time.

1 /5 Lupe Martinez: I was recommended to see Jacob. I spoke to Dora and she was very rude, condescending and persistent on working with her. I understand he was out of the office working at a different location, but it takes a few minutes to reply to an email. I dodged a bullet with this company.

5 /5 tom kamis: This is the third loan Ive got through one main. This time I went in to get a little extra money on top.of a existing loan I had, they presented me with a different option I never even thought of. They gave me alot more money to pay off other loans and debts I had and basically put all my eggs in one basket. My payment is the same as all the other little payments put together, but I will save a ton in interest by only having one loan. They are fast and efficient and friendly, give them a try.
