They are very much on top of knowing the ins and outs and complexities of situations that arise and are able to explain it in a way that anyone can understand. Ellen Stream I called the 425 number in Renton, WA and spoke to a rep. She could not find my policy.Was a bit rude. She told me I had to write to the billing dept. I found a 1-800 number and spoke to a nice lady named April. She had no problem finding my policy, and transferred me to the correct agent. This agent was also very helpful.
