Courtney deserves 5 stars. The office, however, I can only rate 4 stars because I have experienced several mistakes by the secretarial staff which is frustrating.

I wasn’t sure about the beacon in my car at first but it’s actually no big deal. I forget it’s there. Haley actually just let me know when I renew my policy my premium is going down! Going down!
