5 /5 Donna Johnson: Allstate always answers my calls and solves my problems. I May be paying a bit more but having a local office to communicate with is worth every penny. Staff in Port Angeles is competent and knowledgeable, friendly and nice. I wouldnt trade them for any phone or computer-only company. We have several cars, RV and our home under the Allstate umbrella. We are very satisfied.

Today, I spoke with Morgan and she was so attentive to everything that I spoke. And its people like her and other staff members that no matter what other insurance companies could provide a lower rate on insurance, but just its their professionalism and truly caring about me that has no reason to look any further or seek out better offers from other insurance companies.

Although I had switched to a different provider, and promised great discounts, their lack in communication and commitment had me coming back to allstate.
