1 /5 Steve Stojak: This is the worst customer service Ive probably ever had. We have been trying to deal with Andrew Olive to get a quote twice over a 6 month period. The first time never got back to me after 3 calls. Tried again a few months later and finally was able to talk to him. He put a quote together for us and sent me a screene shot of the fill in the blanks form, so there no real quote. I called several times and emailed with zero response.
I tried again on Saturday with an email and nothing. Figured I would try one more time today with a strongly worded email with he responded to blaming me that he sent the quote "months ago". Which was 5 weeks. And in that time I called or emailed 5 time oh we went away for 2 weeks as well. Our bad. Then was informed that weekends are family time... Couldnt agree more but its Thursday and never had a response.
Do yourself a favor and try Kelly insurance as these folks dont seem to care or are doing soooo well that a new customer doesnt matter.
