I reached out to Mark before my move to inquire about the area and other things that I wanted to know. He was very thorough and patient with me and I transferred to his office after I arrived. There were some concerns on my end with some of the policy transfers but Mark and his team member, Angie, stayed on top of it and constantly communicated any updates. He has checked in periodically to make sure I am doing okay and is always willing to assist if I need anything. I would recommend this great team to anyone looking for a new insurance office or if you are moving out of state and need to transfer. You will be well taken care of.
