THEN the carrier we were with quit carrying insurance in Washington. I called a month ahead of time to set up new insurance. The person answering the phone told me they were busy and were contacting customers a week or two before the actual expiration date. Well, between work and life and a vacation, I checked dates and found we had expired already. I called and go no call back that day. I procured quick insurance from another company. I called them again on my next day off. The person answering the phone sounded contrite, apologized over and over and assured me she would email me quotes and call me back when she sent them. It’s been crickets since then. They don’t even answer the phone for me now. NOT a way to run a business. Super sad because I used to recommend them to everyone I know. Now I have zero faith in the. I even sent a message through their website and have heard nothing.
