1 /5 Husrav H: Got a mail from them quoting us for $545.75 for a home insurance. But after I called it suddenly went up to $1,600 and that the mail I got was not correct and they dont honor it. As usual false advertisement all around. Update: my parents home is much newer and located in a safer area, meaning the quote shouldve been even lower than what I received for mine. And saying "it was on the marketing team" sounds like an excuse to me. A quote is a quote and nothing justifies it more than tripling.

1 /5 Kelley Colbert: My experience with Mark was less than favorable. I had been loyal customer for 27 years. Never missed a payment never filed a claim. I received a letter saying my coverage may not be renewed. I called and spoke with a person who said he wasnt sure what was up and would get back to me. A week later I called them to be told there was"junk" on the side of my house. The junk was a 55 Chevy 3/4 ton 5 window pickup being restored. They provided pictures that show my property from the street, (privacy safety issues?). In the pictures is a blue spruce tree that was cut down 3 years ago. Anyhow, I did as instructed and sold the truck cleaned the area only to receive a cancellation notice anyway. So I called around found better insurance with twice the coverage at half the price. I planned to just let it go until I received a solicitation for life insurance which I responded to with stop contacting me you dropped my coverage. Mark responded "You are a gem" So go ahead pay thousands of dollars but if you want customer service or support Id definitely look elsewhere.

I couldnt be happier with them and have even given them business referrals and would recommend them to anyone for any and all insurance purposes! I love having someone local and close to home rather then calling some 1800 number and just being another number to a company. Great Value for $ and great service! Couldnt ask for more!

1 /5 Paolina Rodriguez: I had Home insurance with them for 16 years and my car insurance for several years. I switched to another agency because Allstate wouldnt insured my rebuild vehicle (which is understandable), but I still needed to insure it. I still left my home insurance with them for a few years and this month I finally decided to just have one insurance for all since I get discounts and my Home insurance with Allstate was outdated anyways. I never had issues with Gloria, she was very nice and friendly. Today I had the worst experience with Mark. I got a letter in the mail stating my premiums went up effective the date it was supposed to be cancelled, so I called the office and Mark answered, i begin to say that I have a policy with them and cut me off and said "you dont have anything because you cancelled " his tone was rude and unprofessional. I told him he didnt need to be so rude and I had some questions. He said I dont have time and as soon as I begin to respond he gung up on me. I attempted to call him several times and never responded. Needless to say I left him voicemails yesterday and he never called me back. I guess is all good as long as they can take your money and after that they loose their professionalism and manners.
