Jr Vega Worst customer service and the rudest. I was never getting any bills sent to my house or email and they have no regard for people. I was unaware I had a debt to pay and I understand that it has to be oayed I am more than willing to take care of my debt. I am and single father of a 7yr old no help from anyone at all and now thnks to them not willing to work with me on a payment plan I am on the brink of having my lights and gas shut off. So I have tondecide wether to food on the table for my 7yr old or pay bills amd stupid SB&C. They garnish my checks 500 a month and dont care how it effects me or my family. Worst company ever they need to go out of business ..

When my husband and I went to the branch today, we were treated very well by our teller and the manager she asked to come and help us get things taken care of. They were very kind and we left completely satisfied.
