5 /5 Linda Wilson: We found the Law Office of Christopher A Benson online. We were looking for help to finally get the dang Will done! ---The clock is ticking. They have a great website that really explains whats going to happen, in what order & what the cost will be. The first meeting was a Zoom call. (Our choice & our first Zoom) so our daughter coached us in Zoom. We pushed the button, & after we said what we wanted, Chris had questions & we had answers. About 1 hour & 10 minutes. One week later we went to the Federal Way law office to meet with the lawyer son Logan Benson. Right there, in one week was our Trust paperwork, our Will & other End of Life documents ready to be signed & notarized, which we did. About 1 hour & 10 minutes. We got an electronic file & a hard copy in a very nice binder presentation at this meeting. Then it was my turn to get my assets (they did the house titles) renamed into the Trust. I would use the documents in the PDF Will File to send, so the wording would be exact. With some foreboding, I opened the PDF file. Pretty sure there was work to be done separating the file documents to send to different entities. But NO, everything was separate in stand alone PDFs ready to be used as needed. Which made my part much easier. Both Christopher & Logan made the process so smooth & pleasant. Weve had questions & theyve had answers. Its been a huge weight of our shoulders.
