David Marod So I wish I would of met David under different circumstances but as it was he defended me in a DUI case. He was actually referred from a long time friend and our family attorney. My regular attorney said "if I got a DUI in Whatcom or Skagit, David Jolly is who I would hire". The team of David and Janean at David Jolly Law is really an uplifting breath of fresh air for anyone that hasnt navigated this brutal and broken process. They help you go through every step of the way, from dealing with the DOL to Alcohol assessment all the way to trial if it comes to that...everything.
