Im sure other Allstate agents know what they are doing and provide go service but I have been with Keith Osborne for so long he is like trusting family. I could go 6 months to a year before walking into his office mostly just to say hello or change vehicle insured. He is knowledgeable, respectful and friendly. Everything you want in an agent. Agents that work in front are the same way. I am a real customer who felt the time writing this was well over due.
