If someone was to tell me that we probably have been some of the most difficult (and stressful) clients Jose has ever had, I would believe it!
He probably has a jar filled with his blood, sweat and tears from helping us close on our home, next to his desk!
It was so difficult for us to close because we kept running into barriers (our own personal barriers) but let me tell you, Jose never let that deter him from helping us. He constantly had a plan b to whatever the issue was that we were facing. Jose has the most amazing customer service, patience and kindness overall that I have ever seen in a professional. We would not be closing on our first home if it was not for jose and him working after hours to help us get documents submitted. He always provided us with so much information, let us know exactly what we needed to do and had amazing open communication. He made is clear what we were signing, made crunching numbers easy for us to understand and overall explained the whole process of what we were doing, signing or going over so everyone was on the same page. We are forever grateful for him and to him for making our dream come true. We will be seeing him in the near future to talk about investing because he is someone I definitely trust when it comes to funds and planning mine and my families future.
