Lisa Franke The Hartford is the worst experience I have ever had with a business. They put so little effort into my case and didnt talk to my doctors, strung me along for literally months while I had no income, and continued to deny me coverage for pathetic reasons that were at odds with everything my medical team said. I had even jumped through all of their hoops. They told me things and then claimed they never said them. Id leave voicemails they seemingly didnt listen to. I got bounced between probably three different agents. Honestly, dealing with the Hartford was probably the worst part of HAVING CANCER. DO NOT USE THE HARTFORD. NO MATTER WHAT. ITS NOT WORTH IT. Now I just hope I dont end up losing my house. Thanks, guys.

Vong Vithyea Srey Dave is the best insurance agent that Ive ever worked with. Hes very responsive, approachable and knowledgeable. I can simply call him any time and ask any questions that I have. Hes very helpful during and after the purchase of my insurances. He took care of everything. He helped me to understand about the policy and all other insurance related stuffs. I like the fact that he always return my calls and emails within minutes. The best of all he can find the best quote. The prices he gave me is always competitive than other agents. Im strongly suggesting Dave as your insurance agent. Try to shoot him an email or a call if it always take your insurance agent more than 4 hours to return your email or call.

Kelley Johnson Matt Garner at Premier Insurance was SO nice and helpful with quoting and switching our insurances for auto and renters. He got us better coverage at a great low rate that we can afford. The process was very simple and fast; I called yesterday and today I have my new policies. Lynne Hess Kraft Insurance Agency has impressed me with their professional and thorough attitude toward the customer. I was searching for information about both homeowners and auto insurance and felt an independent agency would be the best beginning. I wasnt disappointed. Patrick Kraft carefully explained several options and did it in laymans terms. When we were finished, he had saved me money and found an insurance company that he felt was a good fit for me. And more to the point, a company with whom he could do business and recommend highly to a customer. I would recommend this agency and Patrick Kraft in a heartbeat to anyone needing solid insurance information.

Kaitlyn Hinners Hollie is the best person to go to, she works her hardest to find the best deal for you and makes sure you always have what you need. She is the kindest person I know!! I went to her and a month later I got into a accident by hitting a deer, I was able to call Hollie and she answered my phone call right away, and got my claim started while we were still on the phone, I’ve never know any other insurance agent be that fast! She is always on top of everything and reponds super fast to any message she receives. I love working with Hollie and will never go to anyone else!

Eric P Kat is awesome, I’ve been using her for my insurance policies for years now. When I decided to completely change everything to a whole new set up, and in an impossible time frame she got everything squared away that same day. She always looks around for the best price and keeps me in the know, usually responds in a timely matter, even to whatever random questions I may have. I went with Kat on a blind recommendation from a friend and I’m very glad that I did. 10/10 would recommend.
