I think Mikes approach to is attractive to people who may have felt condescended to or bowled over in their financial planning in the past. Thomas McKenzie What an awful company. They locked me out of my account for no apparent reason 10 minutes before they closed on Saturday, put me on hold when I called, and then just closed!!! I cant email a complaint because I have to log in to do that. Of course, theyre not open on Sunday.
