1 /5 Myranda Titherington: Maybe update the hours on the front of your door to reflect that you aren’t open until 9 on Mondays. People have lives that they have to live and schedules to keep. It’s absolutely unreasonable to have false information on your door. Do better. You work for us, not the other way around. *edit* Apparently you guys have sucked for years according to other reviews. This is seriously the standard of the city of Cheney? Gross

5 /5 Barbara St John: I want to give a big shoutout to Dina who works in Cheney Utility Department. My son and his roommates share their Utility service sine September of 2023. They are almost finished with their sophomore year at EWU. I decided to pay their Utility bill every month for them to reimburse me, and thats been working out great! However, this month, the their Utility bill came out of my account; however, I was notified by text one day after the due date that their Utility bill was late and there was a late fee on top of it. I was in disbelief! I called the Utility Department and spoke to Dina. She confirmed the text that they didnt receive the payment. I immediately called my Billpay company. The Billpay was sent by a check to Cheney every month, but this month it was lost or was delayed in delivery. I frantically called my son to go in person to pay that day which he did. Dina empathize with my son and Kindly waived the fee, and flagged the account in case the check showed up to call me to let me know. Surely enough, a couple of days later I received a message from Dina to call her. When I did, she shared with me my Billpay check came in. I so appreciated her going above and beyond to call me. Thank you so much for giving me and my son your benefit of the doubt and working with us! We take pride in our integrity and responsibility!

1 /5 Kadden Waite: Figure out your paperless billing system. It isnt automatically withdrawing we still have to initiate payment to pay bill. Thanks for shutting the power off without any notice. You guys absolutely suck and your receptionists suck. Have a good day!

1 /5 J L: First of all, UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE. The fact that I cant just log in and see how much I owe is RIDICULOUS. It isnt 2003 anymore. Second, I have never in my LIFE had such a high electric bill in a **studio** apartment. I was gone an entire month and my bill was still over $100 because of the "bAsE cHaRges." So if I were actually living at my place it would be, what, $250? Places like Cheney electric are the reason why no one wants to live here and why its a dying town. The post office loses all your mail and the electric company probably hasnt updated their website since 2007. Cant wait to gtf out of here.
