1 /5 Winnie Surber: Ive been calling and calling and when they answer I get told someone will call me back to follow up with me and yet no one calls me back. Idk what to do. Its very frustrating waiting for Noone to call u back. I feel they pick and choose who they want to help.

1 /5 Ashley Bruner: They dont help much. They just send u "affordable" housing recommendations and indeed job opportunity listings.. Im about to be homeless with a baby here in 5 weeks and Im disabled but apparently thats still not enough to qualify for much help..

If there were 0 stars I would give it none, but as soon as I called this place, they were so judgemental and rude and did not even try to help me at all My daughter, husband and I are haveing to leave town due to abusive inlaws and because of that we are going to be homeless, so I tried to see what programs they had seeing there are non where I live currently and to set up a plan before we have our last day here. I have a friend who would let us stay for a little bit no longer than a week or so and they automatically judged me asking why would I come up there and being rude before I could even finish explaining my situation. So I just hung up.PLUSSS they re a three year wait-list. Not even worth it and they sound bigoted to be honest.

1 /5 Christy Love: Call their phone and EVERY time I get a voicemail service! They refer to callers; people vulnerable and needing help, as CUSTOMERS! Call n see for yourself. As of 9/5/24, its says CUSTOMERS. This town treats people so badly! Residents of ML are nothing but COMMODITIES! If you need help, dont victimize yourself with these local money-hungry agencies! Youre better off asking a Circle K tweaker for help.

5 /5 Sahlly J: Hopesource helps prevent homelessness. Assists youth ages 18-24, and veterans through SSVF. Also manages the #OpenDoorsSleepCenter in Moses Lake for anyone that may need a safe place to sleep and want to get connected to resources offered in the community. Highly recommend anyone check them out.
