Trying to recover un der your underinsured motorists policy is almost impossible by yourself. His assistant Sarah and Beau make a great team. They took care of all the issues and achieved a decent settlement. Sarah showed up for an iundependant medical review requested by our insurance company. The doctors report was clearly designed to favor the insurance company and the statements made werent even close to what happened in the exam. Fortunately Sarah recorded the entire event and took great notes so I never had to worry. Beau handled the case on a contingent fee basis, so he cost me nothing. Ya, ya, a lot of people will say that it still cost me money, but in the end, Beau stood up for my rights, and I got a decent settlement check. I would have gotten $0 and a bunch more headaches if it wasnt for Beau and Sarah. If you have a probelm I would suggest you call him for advise. Im glad I did.
