The respondent to the protection order hired a lawyer and we found it necessary to hire a lawyer to ensure that our daughters needs were heard and appropriately represented. Everything with Mr. Kelly was transparent and professional, as he is straightforward in letting you know what he needs from you and what to expect from him in return. We had nearly continuous contact with him throughout the process. He worked long hours and even met with us on a weekend to ensure that our needs were met and we were prepared for the hearing. In the end, the judge ruled in our favor and we received everything that we were hoping for in the protection order. Tim Kelly is an excellent attorney and I would not hesitate to call him again if I ever find myself, a family member, or friend in need of legal representation.

He kept in contact with me throughout my entire case. He is professional, determined, and very caring. He was in court with me, for me, and represented me in the best possible way any attorney could.
