1 /5 Whit O.: Completely wasted me time, werent able to accommodate because I didn’t have my Social Security card. I had my ID, Birth Certificate and Passport and an 814 credit score but Im also a single brown female thar looks young. They said it was an identity risk? But I literally had every other document to prove who I was. The lady helping me was helpful but you could tell she wasnt seasoned at troubleshooting issues. In similar instances when there is an issue, it seems like other facilities will bring in their manager and try to find a way to help. Someone else did come in but was condescending towards me and my intention and didn’t offer to fund a solutio. I went home and grabbed more documents (including a government document) and still got rejected. This might be the right place for some people but if you’re an unconventional person with unconventional needs, I would go somewhere else. I got the impression I wasn’t the type of customer they were looking for

1 /5 quinton frost: I have an auto loan through these people. Worse decision I’ve ever made! If you can avoide them I highly recommend it. They are the type of business who in my opinion trys to get as much money as they can from you through deceptive practices.
