First Fed - Eastside - Port Angeles (WA)

1 /5 Aubrey Walker: I dont trust this bank or the people working for it. I left this bank and for a damn good reason. A teller at one of the locations wasnt paying attention to me, my check (which turned out to be fraudulent) or the money she counted back to me. Chit chatting that day to her coworker was more important. The check wasnt caught till it was to late. There was at least one member from the board of directors and two of their officers one being Dawnya A Textor; openly admitted to me that the teller didnt do her job and she should have been paying more attention. Yet they still bullied me into paying them back otherwise itd get sent to collections only being 18 at the time. And I see that they say "we take your security seriously" on the front page of their website under their bolded important message. My security at that bank wasnt taken seriously....is yours really taken seriously?

3 /5 Mr. Miele: I almost always have a decent experience here, but today I walked into the branch as I do every 2 weeks to make that deposit. But today I was straight up passed in line after nicley sitting and waiting. Of no fault to the other customer mind you, the clerk simply got done with a customer and went straight for her phone. After making eye contact with her, and giver her a silent "why?" I decided it was best to just go through the drive-through get my deposit done and be on my way. I always stop in for the service.. not anymore. Feel free to contact me. This happended about 1:30 on Jun 30th.

1 /5 E Jones: After opening an account here, after 6 weeks this bank still could not provide me with a functioning bank card or online details. Each contact would always be drawn out and wasteful to customers time. Wish I could give this terrible bank zero stars. AVOID UNLESS YOU WANT POOR SERVICE AND HIGH FEES

5 /5 I Sew 4U: Ive been banking with First Federal for I think over 20 years. I have been very happy with the customer service I receive at this branch and others. They are very friendly, competent, and some have gone out of their way to get things right for me.

1 /5 Tracy Tobias: Three tellers at the counters and only one was helping a customer. I was ignored. The other two wouldnt even look at me. Too busy on their computers
