Farmers Insurance - Kaleab Assefa - Renton (WA)

Kristina Young I have had Safeco for over 12 years- home and auto. I won’t go into details, but they allowed my policy to be rewritten by a 3rd party without my consent and added another driver onto my policy without my consent. I can’t image that was legal. That aside, with no changes in coverage, my premium went up 50% and the ONLY thing that’s changed is that I got a divorce. No claims, no tickets, my credit score is better than it was a year ago and I work from home. So basically- we’re setting women’s rights back another 100 years. My ex-husband didn’t get a policy increase with the divorce. And he’s had claims. How is this not sexist? I’m shopping for a new carrier after 12 years. Stay away if you’re a woman.

Dale Holpainen I have been doing business with Magnolia Insurance for more years now than I can remember. My agent is Toni Matous. I love this gal because she takes care of everything so quickly. It makes not difference if I call or write an email or a text I get an immediate reply. She always keeps me updated, along with making suggestions, when the insurance carriers make changes which as we know seems to be all the time. Im like most people when it comes to insurance. I wish I didnt have to have it and I dont like having to pay for it. But its kinda like paying taxes in this regard, I cant get out of it. But since I cant I at least want it to be easy and taken care of when something happens and I need it. Thanks Toni for always being there and taking care of me. Dale

He is old school service with a smile, and will dot all the is and cross all the Ts to make sure you have an A+ experience with his company. Bentley Dempster I have been with Kevin Wasson American Family Insurance for almost 13 years. Always great service, I never have had to wait on hold for my call to be connected, I get to speak with a real human, who speaks my first language intelligibly, (I speak English, Im not sure if they have any multi-lingual capacity for service, but I would not be surprised if they at least have someone who can speak Spanish fluently, because there are many Latina people in this area). Great business, no bad or unsatisfying experiences. Highly recommended.
