Talesh Patel Kevin and Janet were awesome in assisting me in choosing an insurance plan on my new car. I first went to them for Renters Insurance since they had the most coverage for the best monthly cost, and then down the line for the new Subaru last month. Kevin set up a plan that gave me full coverage, and was still affordable for a college student! Highly recommend visiting Allstate over Cheneys other insurers!

Sheila Robb I have been with this insurance agency for several years. Anytime that i needed any assistance all the staff has been very quickly to respond and help. I have shopped around with previous insurance agencies in my prior years and experienced nothing but problems anytime I needed help or file a claim. With American Family Insurance, I have not had any trouble. Now with higher prices, American Family Insurance spent a good amount of time helping lower my bill and find me any discount that I would greatly benefit from. I highly recommend American Family Insurance.

Ceeasia32 They are professional, on time with appointments. Taxes done in about 30min. Prices have gone up but ranges between $70-$100 for service. I was over charged this year. They say they have the right to charge extra for services but I didn’t have any. Last year I paid $60 this year I was charged $100, When posted new price was $70 with 4 W2, we had 3. I didn’t ask because what goes around comes around.

Dupea Barbara (Babs) I just called this company to ask for a quote for liability insurance w/SR-22 first the receptionist Christina who answered the phone put me on hold and ask an agent about my request and came back to tell me that they couldnt handle that and I wasnt referred to another company that could and wasnt even allowed to speak directly to one of the agents. Then after hanging up and not satisfied with the response because I thought maybe I didnt give enough information or there was a misunderstanding I called back and was directed to an agent by the name of Nanette? anyway I was told that even though they could write up a quote they thought that my needs might be better met by calling another agency. OK???? I can only assume after that response that business must be so good there that they dont need any new business. On a scale of 1 - 10 I would only give this company a 1 and only a 1 because they did at least answer their phone.

Stormy Crowe We have been a clients of Jay Gregory for years. I appreciate that he takes the time to review our needs for all aspects of insurance. From Life, Home and Auto they can do it all. I know you can just go anywhere and get insurance, but you cant just go anywhere and get Jays professional knowledge and customer service.

Daniel Stoner Ive been working with PLC Insurance for twenty years and they have always been providing great insurance and even better customer service. They recently reached out to me, out of the blue, with a new policy option that had more coverage and saved me almost $400 a year. I dont have time to research this stuff so its great that they are looking out for my best interests. Highly recommend them!

AJKylie salguero This agency has saved me lots of money and on that rare occasion when they couldnt do it, they were very honest about it. The customer service is top notch, my parents swap agencies to The Jerome Dickson Farmers Insurance even though they were already with a different Farmers Insurance Agency. I highly recommend it!
